The victory is he went through a protracted, hard and heavily consequential election. And he won decisively as President of the Federal Republic of Somalia. The fact that he was the first President elected twice made the victory a very special one, furnishing him with a renewed sense of inspiration , energy and enthusiasm. And at the same time earning him a rare measure of trust and confidence from an exhausted, traumatized and desperate people.
